Well Hello, Newman! Welcome to the boards, enjoy your stay, yadda yadda yadda.

I happen to love Alanis Morrisette's music - her voice included - her first CD, at least. I'm still undecided about the second...but I think the fact that I haven't taken much time to listen to it says it all.

PS: I love Oasis, too. Damn, those boys are HOT!!

Jagged Little Pill was an angry albumn. It was entirely devoted to an EX boyfriend of hers...Dave Couliet (I think I misspelled that, oh well)...bad break-up and such...I can relate.

Welcome and Hello! Hope you have a fun time here in WWYK-Land!

Which album is better? I cannot say as I have neither...the music from "Jagged Little Pill" is brilliant in my estimation though.

As for "Talentless Banshee" ( ) I attended the Alannis concert, and was bowled over by the strong dynamics of her voice range, and the way she played the flute. Her "American Indian" dancing onstage was incredible. And the laser light show was simply amazing!!!

Britt...I am glad someone else agrees with me on her voice capabilities...LOL...angry young gal or not...she sure can sing up a STORM!

P.S.: (REALLY going out on a limb here...I ALSO like Annie Lennox and the Eurythmics!)

Well, Laz, it just seemes effective to me, that is all. The wall would make sure that the large audiance of people who would gather to watch such a terrible evil be extermenated wouldn't be hit.
