Ahhhh....one of my very favorite holidays!Me & my neighbors are currently planning the biggest Halloween party EVER. If you happen to be in the neighborhood the night of October 28th, you're most definitely invited. But only if you bring lots of alcohol and candy. We have most of the details worked out, but I'm still looking for that one *magic* thing that will make this party really special. Anyone have any suggestions? |

I hate to sound smug, but: a) It's not a holiday b) Hallowe'en is for kids c) There is no such thing as ghosts and demonsAlcohol and candy? A deadly mix vomit-wise...

Alco pops are for children, they're rotten, most people over 13 should'nt be drinking them. |

Yes, Lotus, I've heard of alco-pops, and I'm in on a campaign to keep them banned from Canada. They're nothing but a tool for getting young people hooked on alcohol. (I'm hoping Joanna2 was just being facetious.) Like alcohol or not, I think we can agree that twelve is just too bloody young to be drinking.[This message has been edited by Rockjock (edited 10-06-2000).] |

2 years ago and I spent a week covering one entire room with tin foil. Bought a disco ball and some stringy silver things to cover the doorways ant the party was a smashing success. |

The "real world" can suck even harder. Sorry to hear it, Pez. Missing Halloween is a tragedy, to be sure.Slacker: This is going to be the party of the year!! We've told everyone to bring their sleeping bags, and warned all the neighbors within a 30 block radius. Thankfully, we don't need to worry about the noise...almost every neighbor within that 30 block radius is attending! |
