Bought Nightshade "The Marshall Mathers" CD for his birthday. That was the last one I have bought in a while. It is the one with "Stan" on it! Good album, actually.

The last album I bought was the 'Clueless' soundtrack which is brilliant and the last single was 'teenage dirtbag' by Wheatus which is fantastic.

Macy Gray's CD
Whoa Nelly, Nelly Furtado
Heart Shaped World, Jessica Andrews
Lots of Yo La Tengo

Okay, then a few hours I bought Poison's "Greatest Hits 1986-1996" for ten bucks and David Lee Roth's "Skyscraper" for eleven for 'Just Like Paradise' alone.

God, I love ROCK!!

If I had to buy an album made in the '90s, it would be either Prodigy's "Fat of the Land" or something with Dave Grohl's influence (namely, Foo Fighters).

Most recent purchases have been:

P.J.Harvey- Stories from the city, stories from the sea (or sommat like that)

Luscious Jackson - Fever in Fever out.

Its a girl thang! Both albums rock and the LJ is particularly catchy.

Just did some CD shopping the other day:

The Queers "Today" -only five songs, but way better than the last album.

Dan Bern - Pretty damn funny... for a folkie.
Jonny Polanski "Hi, My Name Is" - guitar pop! Yay!

Propagandhi "Todays Empires, Tomorrows Ashes" - Ultra leftist punk. May not agree with it all, but it sounds damn fine.

Bran Van 3000 - Just fun damnit.

Yeah, some older stuff, but I'm happy with it.

Excellent. My fave album ever.

Luscious Jackson are lovely also. Can't believe they split up. That ALWAYS happens when I start liking a new band. Two weeks later they split.

"And then, Mr Newman realises that he's accidently stumbled on a way to rid the world of Limp Bizkit".

Mwahahahaha.

Catapault - I don't think 98 Degrees have made it to our fair shores yet, but if you're bunching them with NSync and The Backstreet Boys, then I don't need persuading to add them.

Plus, I've been getting into some really obscure early metal stuff like Manowar (a poor man's Iron Maiden without the ballads) and Slayer.
