'Jackass' Calls it Quits (But Not For That Reason)

Well, the reasoning is correct but with the chance of specials in the future (especially 'Gumball Rally 2002' which is supposed to be across the USA) I'm not that disappointed.

But this does mean I want the episodes released on DVD!! ALL OF THEM!!

I personally will miss watching people act like idiots and offend people while doing it. That and I like the fact they helped facilitate a bit of Darwinism when some idiots tried to copy the show. But like the article said: "Knoxville says he wanted to quit the show before people got too used to it."

Man, that sucks.

But at least, I won't be hearing any more of Senator Lieberman rant on and on about Jackass. He can go back to his half-witted whines about violence in video games.

Reports have it that Jackass will still be aired as reruns in the states. But, they will be edited to the point of boardum.
They don’t want anymore morons setting themselves on fire I guess.
