*Jamaican accent* Seet right down there and Momma's gonna tell you a little story. Now I be warning you not ta go gettin all frightened. Momma has a gun under her chair an she ain't one bit afraid ta use it on any of dose movie zombie like types. You see my chillen, dis storee starts out in da year NineTeeen sixtea tree when a movie staring Mister Man Charlton Heston was made, it be called Planet of Dee Apes. De late maybe, maybe not great, Roddy MacDowell played in dis movie and it was being considered revolutionairy in itz make up department. Now who be forgettin the first time they be seein de Statue of Lib-er-tay in de sand by de sea? I know Momma remembers! But de scary part now, and hol on to yarselves. Momma hears tell that the Mister Tim Burton might be doing a remake of dis here classic movie. Now Momma asks you, iz dis really neccessary? When will day be remaking Casablanca, Gone wit de wind, and Doomsday machine again? Momma says it's just plain stupid. Now let me be gettin my gun cause some shootin needs to be happened right now. Jus lemme call my Rasta sons!

I say, this chap, Burton, is about to make a bloody big mistake. His movie will end up where Gus Van-Sent's version for Psycho is: in a video store's cellar, inside a box with a writing on it's lid that says: CAREFULL: TIGER. |

You know what I think having Tim Burton with a hand in the tales of the Planet of the Apes would be kinda cool. Just think how dark and gloomy it would be.
Also its not supposed to be a direct remake, its supposed to be something that has the same ideas as the original.
which means we could have some cool twists, and some women with massive cleavage..Just look at Sleepy Hollow! ------------------
