The beginning half of my day was spent dodging bums while searching for books on the campus of U of Michigan. The latter half was spent drinking. |

I cunningly forgot it was Paddy's day, but realised at about 9pm in the bar when we noticed everyone wearing guinness hats and stuff. Luckily by this point me and my mate Phil were halfway through our challenge to drink 16 pints in four hours, finishing each pint exactly in fifteen minutes. We hadn't prepared too well for it though and had gotten through nine pints before realising neither of us had eaten since breakfast and were already completely incapable of speech and sight, never mind movement. We left the bar at 9:30 and decided to find a couple of German/Dutch mates would smoke weed with us. I'm fairly sure we all decided we had reached our own personal nirvana.------------------ My middle name could be danger......but it's john [This message has been edited by Ishtar (edited 03-18-2002).] |

CW think you need to get out more . Hey Nick what is this about giant white ballons or is it a result of too much of the GREEN ale . ------------------ LIFE IS BUT A FLEETING MOMENT IN TIME , ENJOY WHILE YOU CAN |

Well due to being out on Saturday night getting happily bladdered and hitting my mates house after chucking out time, we realised what time and day it was so we all found the urge not to stop, so yeah a pretty fuzzy weekend. |

By the way...Nicky...that would be a rather cool day to celebrate, wouldn't it?People could go round wearing their Favourite Numbers (obviously 6's would be the way to go on the day)...and hoon around in lots of Lotus Cars.

Celebrated St. Patricks day in Warrenpoint (I know, you have no idea where that it) in a little pub called the Square Peg. Started off a good night, the band was playing stupid little Irish songs and the singer was great. Then of course it all turned very republican and there's everyone screaming out the song "Go on home British soldiers", me sitting very quietly in the corner with my drink. Ah, my cute little bigoted country.

Well...at least it sounds fairly non-eventful (and I mean that in a good way), manic. Did you imbibe in the green beer? Or are you more a "Bailey's" girl? |

Im neither beer nor Baileys. Although there is a shot called 'deep throat' that has sambuka and baileys which I fully recommend. Baileys on it's own is too sweet and beer, ugh. I'm a vodka girl. |

Did I hear a chance of drunkeness and fish & chips in North Wales? And don't worry about your country, Manic. At least yours isn't threatening to nuke everything! |

Ever tried a QF, manic? Baileys, Midori and Kahlua...nice stuff! If it involves vodka, I usually like to have a Black Russian.Nick...fish & chips & drunkeness in Northern Wales? Sounds like an episode from a dodgy Eastenders episode! [This message has been edited by Lotus666 (edited 03-19-2002).] |
