I am drunk.I've just got back from a night out. It is half past eleven in the morning and I'm finally home. Hooray for me, not so much hooray for the four seminars I have today . I' going to pass out now, happy ------------------

I have forsaken my bed, I am doing my reading for my seminars, I am however still druunk and not getting very far. As for holding my drink, I am holding it very well, although there is a lot of it inside me, I was drinking for about 16 hours last night. ------------------

In America, drinking for sixteen hours straight means that you're:--dead but don't know it,
--a big fan of NASCAR and wifebeater shirts,
--'gots in troubla with da wife and da law!'
--hiding out,
--failure in life. But in Britain, it means: --You're normal
--You're happy
--You're a college student
--You love the Queen
--You're testing out that new liver you got. Cultures: what the world is made of. Now back to our thread.  |

All but two correct Zbu. I don't like the queen, and am now in need of a new liver. i live in envy of those with fully functioning livers. they can drink so much more.------------------

It certainly sounds like she could easily drink Mickey Mantle under the table back in those days when he was a heavy drinker.Drinking contest - Mags vs. Mickey Mantle (pre-alcohol rehab)... I would say Mags, hands down.  |
