Just tried some STILTON for the first time. Very rich, but not too bad! Personal favourite here is still Red Leicester. Tried the Cheshire, but was way too bland. What's your prime cheese for nibbling? (We all know about your normal Swiss, Gouda, Edam, & Feta fetishes...so please, post something other than these cheeses!)

Has to be Monterey Jack, seeing as I can't find brie or camenbert anywhere. Those cheeses really hit the spot. |

As far as I know, Monterey Jack is a soft white cheese with an interesting taste.I forgot - provolone goes great with a grilled chicken sandwich. Mozzarella is always tasty. |

Brie, Serpa, Colommiers will do it for me. Hate mozzarella, and "hard" cheeses in general. (I'm sure everybody here was just craving for my oppinion on the subject; it's good to know that I'm useful somehow) |
