I finally realize why I don't watch MTV. Because I don't want to accidentally switch on 'Cribs' and see certain celebrities talk about:--Why their house is littered with Star Wars toys and Satanic symbols (coincedence?). --Why their house is nice, white, cedary and happy until you see the chains in the bedroom. --Why their kids look like a wig exploded. --Hear the words 'this is where I scratch my balls in the morning, get naked and attempt to cleanse myself.' --See another rap video. |

Main reasons for why I haven't watched MTV recently:1. I'm fucking sick and tired about all this hullabaloo over N'Suck's new album. 4 words about it - Who gives a shit? They suck ass, and that's the bottom line. 2. I suppose I've lost interest in Celebrity Deathmatch. It always happens when I start falling behind on taping episodes. 3. TRL (and especially that weirdo Carson Daly) can eat a dick. 4. MTV just wasn't as interesting when Beavis and Butt-head went down the drain. |

MTV is just as crap over here, so i've taken to
having the Kerrange channel on 24/7.  If you see the episode of Cribs with Robbie Williams
showing his country estate getaway, it's actually
a National Trust property and he set the whole
thing up as a windup for MTV. |

Plus, the more I see of MTV the more I realize it's such a piece of shit that has fucked up our generation. At first it seemed harmless, showing off some music and cheesing off a few politicans that needed a good kick in the ass, but now it's like that guy in every high school that hangs around after he graduates like he's still part of the scene. It's just there, promoting all weird kinds of music that some industry deems should be important then batters it into our skulls until the only relief is to finally give in until somebody wails on that and batters it into our skulls and the trend dies. While this could describe any trend, what makes MTV so idiotic is that for a channel that claims to be subversive it is actually now part of the chain that force feeds this shit to the public at large. 20 years of music? Fuck that. More like 15 years of shoving every whiny and bad song up our asses without a care.And I don't know about the rest of you, but I can only take so many videos (even with Pop-Ups) before I get sick on the whole thing. Jackass going the way of the dodo (rightfully so, I agree with the reasoning) only makes the channel seem more dire. |
