Keep your alcohol cold that is!!! My trick is, that when you are having that special evening, with that special someone (and you happen to end up in the bath!!) Keep your wine cool in the...Toilet (da da) Couple of flushes first just to get some cold water, then shove it in, you can also do this with beer or spirits, really handy. Word of warning though, when you need to reflush, for cold water again, remove anything thats in there, to avoid flooding. ------------------ "I didn't steal it - I found it!" |

Psersonally...I keep my wine in the fridge. But...BIDETS...now that is a different matter! They are excellent for shaving your legs in! |

When I was about 9 years old, I was at a friends birthday party at her house and I went to use the bathroom.I saw this weird toilet looking thing - the bidet - and turned on the tap cos I was curious (being a 9 yr old n'all) but then I couldn't turn it off. So I struggled to turn it off but I was too embarassed to tell anyone about it so I just left it. For the rest of the party I was really quiet and then when my parents came to pick me up someone ran down the stairs and said the bathroom had flooded cos of the bidet. I was absolutely mortified and told my parents in the car. My mum rang my friends mum to tell her that it was me and asked her not to tell her daughter cos I was embarassed. I'm pretty sure she did tell her though. And ever since then I've hated bidets. THE END Oh the shame.... |

Personally, I keep stuff cold by sticking it in an ice bucket. The toilet idea is pretty good...but, personally, I think it would ick me out a bit. If it's cold outside, and you have one, a window ledge is great for keeping your beverages chilled. Especially whilst staying at a ski lodge with a ledge that is covered with a foot of fresh snow! |

I think the idea of washing my butt with a high-powered water jet icks me out a bit too. |

You keep alcohol cool in the summer by placing it in the freezer. Alcohol has a very low freezing point so it doesn't really freeze solid. So, you can have a nice cool drink that is still a drink! But in the winter, I take advantage of my location and place all my drinks outside in a locked box. Nature's freezer! |

I was only giving an idea, that it would save you from having to get out of a warm bath and spoil a nice relaxing hour. I put beer in the freezer Nicky, but it exploded so i havn't done that since. But i am lucky in having a special chiller in my fridge. My mate fills his bin up with water and ice and then fills it with beer, thats pretty good especially in the summer and for barbys |

My next-door-neighbour in Brisbane had an old fridge that had packed up. He removed all of the works, sealed up all of the holes, put it on his back patio and laid it on its back. Whenever he had a party and/or barbie (that's barbecue to all you non-Aussies!), he'd fill it with ice and beer. It doubled as a seat for partygoers as well, the only drawback being that every time someone wanted a drink from it, all the seated people had to stand up.It worked well, though. Clever, what?? |

Mags,Oh, the freezer trick only works for bottles and non-carbonized drinks. Sorry, my mistake. |
