Banoffee Pie!! I made one of those last night.

In an attempt to seduce my boyfriend I made a romantic meal for him. I tidied the kitchen, put candles all around, wore my sexy new top, made spag bol and then followed it with banoffee pie which was yummy.

The first night in ages that we didn't watch telly!

Ok this is piss easy to make:

12-14 Hob nob biscuits
Butter/Marg
Banoffee Sauce (bought mine from Sainsburys)
3 Bananas
Whipped Cream

Break up the biscuits til they are all in lil tiny bits. Melt some butter and mix it in with biscuits. Put the slightly soggy mix into the bottom of a cake tin and press down.
Put into fridge for an hour to set.

Put the jar of Banofee sauce over the top of the biscuit base. Slice the bananas into 1cm thick slices and place on top of sauce. Put back in fridge.

Serve with large amounts of whipped cream.

Bobs yer uncle and...yer bloke will be putty in yer hands!

What the HELL are "Hob Nob" biscuits, and can I get them from Tescos? (As with the Banoffee Sauce?!) There are reasons why we don't shop at Sainsbury's!

And as for the "putty in my hands"...oooooh, I like that thought! *Giggle*

BOOZY CAKE

Ingredients

Large quantities of alcohol
Cake

Instructions

Drink the alcohol whilst eating the cake.

Now thats good, i like that laz

All you need to do is...
1 packet of sponge fingers
Cream to whip
Brandy
Coffee

Whip up the cream to begin with,
mix a spoonfull of coffee granuals with the brandy, and dip the fingers into it (don't let them get too soft) place side by side on plate (about 8 of them) cover with cream.
repeat process, you should have 3 layers, then with the left over cream completely cover the cake with it, then put it in the fridge, for about an hour.
