So my first HSC exam is Monday. It's english. It is now friday afternoon. When was the last time I opened a book I hear you ask? Never as of yet. How aloof and cool am I? I will sit and smoke cigarettes on the hood of my car outside the wellfare office when I fail miserably, and people will say "Look at that cool aloof guy, he probably wasn't stressed about exams, and look at the quality of life he now has! Worship his shadow." And then I will enjoy a life of carpentry or janitorial duties. I can smell the Jiffy Clean already. Mmm mmmm.

It stands for higher school certificate, it is our final series of exams worth half our final grade. It determines if we get into different university courses etc. The closest you guys have are the SAT's I guess, although I never really knew what they were exactly. Sounds kind of multiple choiceasy, so HSC is SAT to the power of ten.

SAT"S suck. the SAT's i guess test the knowledge you should have, because all the whack job students who take it seriously spend like foru years studying all this grammar, and trying to learn new words, which no one seams to use. all to get a better grade on the test. Now the ACT tests the knowledge which yo have, basically it asks you to apply stuff you have learned throughout your school years. i did better on the later one, no vocab is why.

and they do determine which university you go to, along with that damned GPA thing. damned capitalists

I murdered it like a 12 year old Korean prostitue in a back alley. But it wasn't study required really except for section 3. 9/10, 9/10, and 5/10 for the three sections is my guess.

Stacy Keibler doesn't know what long legs are, but she will come Friday.

After the swimsuit competition I have ancient history at 2 in the afternoon untill 5 in the afternoon which I will quite nearly fail, or fail completely. I intend on being present untill about 3:30 then packing it in. Really depends on how well everyone else doing the subject goes, it's all about rankings and other complicated things I wasn't paying attention to when they briefed us about the new HSC.

I will also fail maths, which is general maths and already a retard course and I'm still crap at it, and I will kill business studies, english extension, and I will go 60-70% decently in modern history.

Three hour paper, that's shitty. I thought my two and a half hour closed book on Chaucer was bad. Three hours on ancient history would kill me, luckily I don't do the subject though.

I heard today that even though there were rumours of us not getting Christmas internal exams because the work load is so big for this year, some teachers are urging the idea of having them after Christmas. Personally I think that idea sucks, but it's worse for those who had repeat external exams in January and who have to study different things for both sets of tests.

Had my math test today. I knew everything and took my time and I still left half an hour early. It was piss easy. This makes me happy and annoys me. I mean it makes sense that it would be easy given it is low level retard math, but all through the year our teacher has set stupidly hard (compared to this) tests as assessments. I could get anywhere from 70-90% on this test, yet my assessment average for the year is 54%.

The guy can wank about challenging us all he wants, but at the end of the day the prick isn't doing his fucking job properly if his course work is three times harder than the final standardised exam. Everyone has been jipped by him and it stinks.

Also his name is, no lie, Mr Duffy. He deserves it.

I guess I just don't know my own smarts. Plus all the ones we needed were on a sheet at the back anyway. Another place where Duffy failed, the formula sheet never covered all the questions in our assessment tasks.

I am going to piss on his car. Uh huh.

So I heard about this prank anyway, which was quite funny, whereby these kids broke their teacher's side gate, gathered all the wheeley bins on their street, and quietly filled their backyard with them. Quality. And irrelevant.

It is about quarter past one in the morning, I woke up at 11pm last night and I have an exam tomorrow morning. This sounds like a bad way to be, but if you think about it you stay up on average for about 16 hours a day, and my exam will be over by the time I have been awake for 12.

The good thing about insane sleep is you get used to hours rather than times of day.

I was thinking I talk about sleep almost as much as Lord Desperate-to-be-accepted talks about his job. But then I realised I don't have the patience or the finger stamina to type for that long.

About that, they filled their backyards with the wheely bins, or the contents of them?

Sleep deprivation also seems to make you talk pure rubbish, in case you hadn't noticed.

Finished yet?

Or are you up on the Gold Coast for schoolies?

Been up here for a week myself and you have to watch where you step lest you tread on some paralytic little schoolie with too much of dad's money and not enough drinking staying power.

All times are ET
