Is anyone else doing exams? I know that Tostito is a god damn genius who has finished all his and has done really well but I'm in the middle of my AS exams and I know the A levels are on etc so what's everyone and how's everyone doing?

Today I had my final english paper (Shakespeare, closed book) and my first geography paper (physical geography). They both were pretty ok and thank god now I have finished all art and all english until next year.

Roll on next Friday....

Yeah I'm doing AS-levels too. Don't you love being in the guineapig year?
Anyway had my first bio (Transport) last tuesday, then my first maths (Pure 1) this tuesday, got my second bio (Human health and disease) tomorrow, and my last exam (maths again-Applied) next tuesday. Joy.
The only good thing is that I already did my art exam ages ago.

I'm doing ASS-levels. Hee hee.

*Giant hammer descends from off-stagee, smacking FatJohnny squarely on the head, leaving him unconcious and bleeding slightly...*

OK so today I did religion. I stuffed up the ethics paper but the philosophy was dandy and frankly i don't care because now i only have one paper left to do and it's on friday and it's some stupid statistics thing for geography so i'm pretty much set for the summer. hurrah. After this friday paper I am off school til September. Thank fuck. I'm just dreading my results in August. But hey, denial is everything.

My only problem is transport to the dublin Gimp bizkit concert.

Good luck all.

Ok, so I'm a little late, but I had a funny exam story. Well, it's funny if you've suffered through the hell that is Organic Chemistry II and you've also survived (because surviving it is a key element, anyone can suffer). I had my final May 7, and I got an email from my prof the next day, explaining my grades.
"Well, there's some good news. And then a little bit of bad news. And then some more good news. The good news is you got a 91!" (and I'm thinking, wow, not too shabby) "the bad news is the exam was out of 180 points, so really you got a 50.5%" (and I almost cried, since I had an F average throughout the year) "and the other good news is that you got the 6th highest grade in the class" (so only 5 out of about 50 other people did better than 50%) "so the massive curve gives you a C." Sweet, huh? Yeah. Maybe not everyone will see the joy in that. I'll go back to my corner now.

Pretty sad when bell curves and elections make 50.5% look good.

I'm just glad it's over now. I'm done with chem...well, lectures anyways. I have 2 labs left, but labs are always fun. And one of my best friends is in it with me next semester. People actually call us The Duo of Destruction. Yeah. We're so gonna blow and/or burn stuff up.

I thought you said it was a FUNNY exam story. Hello anyway though I suppose. I'm Tostito and I have an enlarged prostate due to $5-an-hour guinea piging.

Well, I said it was funny if you happened to have survived Organic Chem. But yeah. Hi Tostito. Sorry to hear about that prostate. Sounds like a bitch. But I bet that guinea pigging was worth it, huh?

That, and my shockingly large prostate.

How can anyone want to see limp bizkit anyway, prep-school scum. They're like the backstreet boys, only their fake bullshit is aimed at a completely different sphere of teenage degradation.

i don't like limp bizkit and i didn't particularly feel shot down when i heard that fred durst was in hospital. I just was annoyed because it was to mark the end of our exams and a big crowd of us were going and it was supposed to be this big sunny outdoor concert in dublin and i thought it would have a really good atmosphere. have to find something else to do now.
