...awwwwww.I filmed my personal project thingy this weekend and here are some screen grabs from it for you lot to nosey at. http://community.webshots.com/user/lazyjane I have it as a quicktime movie but I need to save it again as the version I have is far too big to put on the internet so pics will have to do for now. I'm halfway done. Left hand side complete. Woo hoo. |

Oh! I get it now. The other side of the screen will show what you did to get to said points, via internet, yes? I like the concept. Veddy nice! |

Thank you one and all.Basically the screen on the left shows a journey from A to B via a few different places. The screen on the right is going to be a journey on the internet from A to B (somehow) and will also show how the internet can make the jouney on the left easier, eg, maps and weather reports etc. It's supposed to show how the internet can be a good thing that can make your life easier and better rather than just replacing it. I just hope it works by golly. And if Nick is going to use any of them for caption competition purposes he will be sad to know that I didn't put the proper embarrasing screen grabs on the net - when you stop at video at certain points it can be rather unflattering - Phew. |

Laz,
My favorite is "Me gazing at something."I like gazing at stuff too. It makes me feel all reflective. Anyhow, looks to be a good idea. By the way, I forgot to mention. You share a name with my younger sister. Woohoo, don't you feel special. Maybe subconciously, that's why I'm such a smart-ass when posting anything referring to you. Oh wait, then that'd mean I have a hell of a lot more younger brothers and sisters. Never mind. I'm just a smart-ass. |

Laz,Nah, I wouldn't use your pictures for caption contests. And speaking of which, do you ever stop smiling? I mean, you seem very happy. Very toothy grins. Slacker, It's the digital age. well ia m very close to being 100% digital, i have nice new Mac, kick ass digital editing software, and all i need next is a good digital video camera, but the one i want, which laz has is roughly 2 grand over her ein the states.and thats about a grand more than i can spend. but as soon as i get some shit done, i will ask for your help to get it posted on this neat thing called the internet.. huzzah! |
