BXers KILL SPIKE CHALLENGE!This is simply a fanfic challenge to kill Spike at the end of this season in any way you choose
BUT IT HAS TO BE IN THE SHOWS CONTINUITY AS IT IS NOW, MEANING BS
HAPPENED! No AU universe or anything like that. If you want him to die a hero's or
a fiends death that is entirely up to you. The fic can be any rating or
length and any romance if you want. But no one else but Spike can die.
Whatever you do to the other characters is your own business. None of
these stories are connected so it's all up to you. Here are the rules.
1. Spike Must Die. How is up to you.
2. It must take place at the end of this season with everything that has
happened so far having happened.
3. No other Scoobies can die. What you do with them is up to you
4. Any rating is fine.
5. All fics will be uploaded at Fanfiction.net
6. Everyone's summary must contain this line. "Death of Spike Fanfic
Challenge." Don't say BX because that will already widen the flood gate
of flames we will already be getting.
7. To counter the flood gate I say we all do this. Everyone who
participates in this challenge HAS TO REVIEW EVERY ONE ELSE'S FIC. That
way we all get some reviews and everyone's happy.
8. Please, please, please, if you're going to say some thing about BS,
and I know I am, try to make serious, valid points and not simple
bashing. We're going to get flamed as it is so know for yourself that
your work reflects your true feelings and not a juvenile hate for a
ship. Mine is going to be brutal as it is.
To close, I know everyone has their own schedule and are busy. I say two
weeks from this Friday is enough time to finish our fics. If more time
is needed let me know. I would like us all to upload our fics at FF on
the same day. Just for the hell of it So far these are the authors lined up. Ozmandayus, Wicked Raygun, Socrates,
White Wolf, Bob Regent, Andrew, Mims, and TC. That's eight but I wanted
at least ten or more.

That's rough , man. It's another way to write a story from an influence. I for one am not a great lover of typical fanfic (the whole character gets it on/ gets killed/ monologue), but I think mine is different.
Try www.geocities.com/willfanfic and click on Animal Kingdom. Believe me, that is genuinely different. As for this, I m'll give it a go.
What I do object to is this site being flooded with it. If it was one or two posts I wouldn't mind, but every bit I click on has it.
As for being retarded, I'm a uni student. Read into that what you will. |

smoothfox, the only difference between your fanfic and other fanfic, is that yours goes the extra mile to be extra inane. Fanfic is basically a way for losers like yourself to produce hack-work. I really like the self insertion, too, there "Metal Fox". Is that how you dream yourself to be? You show no understanding of decent dialogue or character structure. Example: quote:
""There's chaos out there! Robberies, mysterious attacks, people
flying... Get to the town centre NOW!" You didn't have to tell Mulder and
Scully twice..."
Really rolls of the tongue, that bit of dialogue. You don't have to tell me twice. Face it. It's bad. You don't have enough creativity or skill to create your own characters, and you are such a loser that you obsess over a gaddamn T.V. show and find shitty ways to insert a fantasy self into it. You sir, like all fanfic writers, are a pathetic idiot.

OK, I'm an idiot. Ooh, that hurt so much coming from you. You, who likes me, =discusses which fictional characters he would like to kill. I never pretend to write serious drama, AK was always about having a bit of fun. It's extra inane for a reason: to see if the reader can look beyond the obvious, and see that I'm taking the piss.

FJ is my hero right now. I actually did read some of that stuff of smoothfop, and besides the completely unrealistic dialogue and boring retread storylines, I think I saw the mention of "furries" somewhere in there too.Please, just go away. |

Normally I'd feel insulted by that caps locked filled rant. But hey, at least you gave it a go. You were open-minded enough to read it.
But instead of ranting like that, you could tell me how I could improve as a writer. (And before you say "shoot yourself" I'm not going there.)
Yes, I don't have a girlfriend at the moment. Boo hoo. But at least I don't take out my frustrations on other people.

I appreciate constructive criticism (The truth is, when I write those stories, I usually only write 1 draft, and as Hemmingway said "The first draft of everything is shit".)

No need to apologize, because I don't really give a shit.Some random observations: This site is not fanfiction. It is more like sitting around with friends and saying "Wouldn't it be funny if blah blah happened on that one show?" It's not about becoming obscenely lost in some fantasy world where you dream yourself to be a fox. If you want to be a writer, then write. FanFiction doesn't count. Anywhere. For your info, the reason my fanfic is crap is because I write scripts and often think in visuals (yes, no excuse.)
Oh, and at least I don't fill a screen with the word "Fat". I know the guy hated Miss Piggy, no need to do a pointless gimmick. |

Some of us have breasts? Damn strange breed of women…breasts? Bizarre. Now, I'm not just saying this but my eyebrow is pretty normal (Yes I ment eyebrow as in just the one!)
