Ricky takes the other peanut butter cup from the wrapper, dips it into some rat poison, gives it to Tracy, she takes a big bite out of it, passes out, and dies! MWA! HA! HA! HA! HA! While Tracy is sitting in the livingroom watching Sesame Street and eating a bag of Doritos, little Ricky walks into the livingroom and asks Tracy if she could play with him. When Tracy tells little Ricky that she does not want to play with him, little Ricky starts crying, goes into the kitchen, and tells Mrs. Partridge that Tracy would not play with him. Mrs. Partridge pulls out a butcher knife from the drawer, hands it to the little tyke, and tells him to kill Tracy. When little Ricky walks back into the livingroom with a butcher knife in his hand, he stabs Tracy with it over and over until she bleeds to death. After Tracy dies, the rest of the family quickly runs downstairs, buries Tracy into the backyard, claps, cheers, celebrates, starts singing the themesong, "C'mon Get Happy", adopts little Ricky, welcomes him into the family, gives him a new haircut so that he could look like a boy, and then they all lived happily ever after! It appears she may have been assaulted and tied up. Her father, who has been bothered by rumors that he molests the little girl, carries her body upstairs as the police are reading a ransom note found on the scene. Police never interview or arrest the Partridge family, who claim no guilt in the killing. Tracy's death goes unavenged and the rest of the family pretty much carries on as usual. The other Family members are shielded from the blast (and flying bits of her) by ducking behind their bus and using Reubin Kincaid as a human shield. The first Chris (hanging around the set, stalking the second Chris) is immediately suspected of the funny and deadly prank, but it is later learned that Greg Brady sabotaged the triangle in an attempt to eliminate the most gifted musician in his rival's band.
