Yep, it is the only one out there. I decided to jump on the Robert Blake press bandwagon when I learned that he played a Detective with a parrot on his shoulder. NYPD Blue should learn from this example. I can just imagine what Sipowitz would do to a parrot that was interupting him during investigations.
